My animation school, the Nemo Academy in Florence, organizes every summer a very special master class for the third year’s students. They chose around forty people among animators and illustrators to create a 2D animated short in a bit more than one month.

Our supervisors were John Pomeroy, Tom Bancroft and Tony Tarantini. Having these legends on our side teaching us it was an experience not to forget!

This year the short’s style was different than the previous ones. I won’t hide we all struggled trying to do a pretty realistic japanese animation, but if you don’t find it hard, it means that you’re not doing your best, right? 😉
